It is my pleasure to introduce this project to you through these pages. 

I have developed a second homes paradise in 7.5 acres of N/A land. The plots are owned by me (clear title in my name with 50 years title history) and I am offering a few to private buyers for sale. Kings Village is a resort made up of cottages built and owned privately - a few by private buyers like you and the rest will be owned by me - the promoter.
